MARTY PERRY

Marty, both a lawyer and licensed builder, was previously General Counsel for a leading Australian contractor and also held various roles in two leading international law firms. Marty represents large and small developers, contractors, subcontractors and consultants on all building and construction related matters in all Australian jurisdictions, including:

  • contract drafting, negotiation, administration and finalisation and wrap-up;
  • litigation and claims advice, preparation, settlement and recovery, including under Security of Payment and Home Building legislation; and
  • dispute resolution.

MARK DRISCOLL

Mark, both a lawyer and town planner, was previously General Counsel for a leading national property and development company and also held various roles in numerous leading international and national law firms. Mark represents large and small developers, property owners and contractors on all property, planning and environmental law related matters including:

  • portfolio acquisition and disposal;
  • drafting and negotiating development agreements and joint ventures;
  • interpretation of environmental planning instruments and development consents; and
  • Land and Environment Court appeals.

THE BCP TEAM

BCP also have a team of lawyers who are highly trained individuals that possess legal and technical skills in the areas they practice, including lawyers that:

  • hold degrees in Building, Engineering and Planning;
  • have had technical experience, including as a Licensed Builder or Town Planner, in their chosen practice fields.

Most of our lawyers have held positions in First Tier International Law firms and have represented some of Australia’s largest developers and builders on large and complex matters.
